As the full renewal energy of Spring is starting to surround us right now, we can see ourselves reflected once again in the constant of growth, and we can find the power and vitality to continue building a world of dignity for all. I invite you to join me this March 23, 2024 for a donation-based in person expressive arts workshop, to explore how to revitalize our energy through movement and artistic expressions to continue showing up for ourselves and for our communal healing, because the opposite of despair, war, and destruction is life.

In-person event Vitalidad Y Renovación/Vitality & Renewal is a 2-hour group gathering that will be held at Awakenings Wellness Center, located at 1016 Southeast 12th Avenue, Portland, OR, USA, starting at 3:00 p.m.

This event will be primarily in English with support in Spanish and Spanglish. No experience with movement or the arts is necessary, this is an invitation to all those who want to connect with their body, mind, and spirit.

Bring your notebook , and water for you. Event chairs, cushions, yoga mat, and art supplies will be provided.

• Limited spots to the first 10 people who register.

• Masks are recommended. Windows and doors will be open weather permitting.
